"As all of the one star reviewers stated, one star is even too much. The products are great, I've used many and loved them but the wait time is obsurd. Usually a company adjusts their production based on sales and this company keeps offering sales and promotions while still not being able to fill orders from two months ago. What blows my mind the most are the sales associates. The one's who have claimed to lose 10+ inches from a single product and then adding on more products to then go on to lose more inches. Like, girl come on, you would be a size 0 by now if that were true. AND they use heavy filters when doing instagram stories. Why? If the products make you look so young then why change your facial features."

"Poor customer service. Missing two products on two separate orders. I’ve been asked at least 3 different times for order numbers to prove that I had ordered the items. Plus, I ordered them at least 6 weeks ago. I think the company has bitten off more than they can chew, and lacks good customer service to remedy such problems. A similar company that I work for would have just sent the items over after such a long time period, and can easily look up order history. Very dissatisfied with how they have handled my situation. Lastly, I have been communicating the problems via email because phone wait times when I have tried to call are insane. Lastly, the toothpaste illuminate hurts my teeth which are sensitive. The description says it can be used on sensitive teeth, my reasoning for check it out, but it’s been 2 weeks of consistent use, and now my teeth are really hurting. I reached out to support for instructions on a refund, will see what they say. Always trying to give a company the benefit of the doubt so as to also provide an honest review."

"I was able to take 1 month of this product when they could no longer supply the product. I received a letter yesterday saying the products were beginning to be available again, however I did not make the cut and they could not send me my order. I have been billed over $200.00 since early November. You sit on hold and the Service Reps can not and do not help. They are given a scripted response to basically read to you. This is such a poor way to do business. I loved the Glow product and am very sorry it is unavailable. Not sure how this company can hold your money and not refund your purchase. Extremely unprofessional."

"Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Quick to take your money but takes days to respond unless of course you don't mind a 90 min wait time on the phone! I was given a $10 off coupon which would not apply to my order. I called and then emailed 5 minutes after placing the order to cancel it. They responded 5 days later and said it was too late. It was already shipprd. I was told there was an empty bottle return policy if I wasn't satisfied. Again, not true. And my own expense. I shipped back the remaining product and it arrived at their warehouse on December 2nd. It's nearly Christmas and I just now heard from them that as soon as it reaches the warehouse it would be 7 to 10 days to get my refund. How is it not in the warehouse? My tracking number says it got there on December 2nd! I think this company is a total fraud."
