"I've been staying here for the past 3 years as I go skiing at Park City and deer valley for several weeks each winter. I've never had a bad experience. Everything has always been awesome, The staff here is always so helpful and they keep the properties in perfect condition always."
"We notified hotel that we are flying in late and will be at the hotel around midnight, if no delays. They told us they have 24 hour front desk, and will jotify front desk… we had an hour flight delay, no one at the front desk. Everything is open. Ended up calling the cops. Cant reach anyone, cant find anyone. Its already 230 am. No cabs available. No other hotels available."
"wonderful place to stay! i went to park city for skiing and stayed here, the room is clean, large, cozy. the staff are very friendly. they are building a jacuzzi in the center of the building but i didn’t hear any noise at night. can’t wait to stay here again when the jacuzzi is ready to use!"
"As a traveling construction manager who basically lives in hotels throughout the country for my job, I found the Park Plaza to be an absolutely wonderful place to stay, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for any travelers who want a great place to do business or for the passing outside sports enthusiasts to get a great night's sleep and not have to worry about anything while you're there."
"I loved this place, especially for what it cost. Every member of the staff is great, it's super convenient, and the room was cozy, yet still had a small stove and everything else a normal hotel would have. Only complaints would be the construction currently going and I saw someone mention the dresser drawers, which mine were wonky too, but I was only there a few days so I'm not gonna let that take away from my rating."
