Reviews
"We stayed at 5519 North Lillehammer Lane - #1301,Park City, UT 84098 and this review just covers this home. The location of the home and overall condo complex is good. I used the gym and it was decent. The home could use some updates to make the stay more comfortable for the advertised number of guests. The bedroom and specifically the bedding/linens felt dusty. Example: the comforter in the master bedroom has leather on it and it is unlikely it is cleaned regularly. Generally, the home including kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bunk bed claims to sleep 4. But to pull out the lower trundell you have to move furniture and it leaves no room for the guest in either bunks to step on the floor. Also, the mattresses are very uncomfortable even for children. All mattresses across the house could be replaced."
"The owner of moose management vacation rentals was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and makes sure you have a wonderful experience. Look into Edelweiss Haus. We stayed in 102. Great place and location. you are right across the street from the slopes, wonderfully amenities. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops (no name & chucks it's a must) or take public transportation. Have never stayed at bear hollow."
"We were so excited to stay at this little rental for the holiday weekend but at our arrival, there was a car parked in our PROMISED spot in the garage. I called the management team because throughout the building there are signs posted that if you aren’t where you are suppose to park you will be towed. They told me to wait the whole day and night to see if the car would be there in the morning. The next morning it was still there. I called the management team again and they said we will look into it. We left for the day and when we got back that NIGHT!!!!! It was still there! (Que eye roll) I called management again and they said “oh sorry did no one call you?” And I said “no.” And they said “it’s the owners car so we can’t do anything about it.” And to be grateful there is outdoor parking available. I couldn’t believe it. I told them I wanted a garage because I have kids that have to get into a car that sat in 90+ degree weather boiling their car seats all day instead of being covered in a garage. They said oh good point. And said we will have our head management team (a woman) contact you tonight or tomorrow… well guess what, it’s been days now and still no call. So WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They have all the signs about “we enforce this” but that’s BS they don’t try and help you and if they do try they don’t make it better by getting you an indoor parking spot or refunding some money for lying about having a spot. Ridiculous. But if you do end up staying PARK WHEREVER YOU WANT BECAUSE THEY WON’T ACTUALLY SO ANYTHING ABOUT IT."
"Location is not as close to the resort as I thought from the condo listing. Unit itself was very nice and very comfortable. Could have used more towels for the jacuzzi. Shower heads in both bathrooms were not very good but plenty of hot water and water pressure. I'd stay here again."
"Great overall experience. Rooms and setups are welcoming and make you feel at home. With the shift in Park City, Bear Hollow sits at one of the more accessible places in town. Between the main street part of town and the booming junction, not to mention a mere 10 minutes to the Canyons entrance to Park City Mountain Resort."
