"If you enjoy sleeping soundly past 4:30 AM in the winter, Blackstone in Park City is not for you. Beautiful property. Expensive. Therefore, would anticipate quiet. Each morning, first at approx 4:30 AM and then again at approx 6 Am, an incredibly loud snow blower passes immediately next to your window. Very loud, even from the third floor. So loud the noise comes through Bose sleep buds. We are talking LOUD. Agree with other reviewer regarding service level of Elevation Lodges. We made them aware of this situation early during our stay and their solution was to offer a white noise machine. Their explanation was that snow blowing within the parking lot of this vacation rental property was routinely performed at 4:30 and 6:00 AM. After paying over $2,000 per night for a luxury destination, I was not expecting this type of experience. BEWARE!"

"Our family stayed at one of the properties that Elevation Lodges manages a few months ago and have been extremely disappointed with their lack of communication. The home was outstanding, however we discovered a significant leak on the ceiling at the beginning of the trip and it spoiled a lot of the trip for us. We were able to connect with someone from Elevation Lodges during our stay and did communicate regarding the leak and the inconveniences while on our trip. However, we received no acknowledgement of the major inconveniences, or a discount on our stay after having to deal with a leak coming down from the ceiling and being unable to use the Master bathroom during our entire stay due to the leak. We sent several emails and texts about the issues during our stay and hoped for someone to connect with us and to offer a credit towards our stay and now months later, we still have received zero responses or an acknowledgment of our concerns."
