"After waiting four months to get in to see him, the initial visit was fine but follow-up was non-existent. Neglected to contact me with blood test results and after almost a month, I had to contact his office to get any information. Then what information I did get was basically a brush off. I don't even feel like he looked at the results and was told generic facts that were pretty much worthless and incorrect. I won't go back. Very disappointing!!"

"I could sing praises on high for Dr. Horton forever. After three years of looking for answers, he — along with our new pulmonologist and cardiologist —was able to diagnosis our problem. Additionally, he is one of the only medical professionals who immediately responded when we told him about being hard of hearing. He immediately slowed down and spoke up. He is thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate. Our family is incredibly thankful. We don’t have the words to express it."

"I felt like he wasn't taking me seriously after waiting years to finally getting to see a specialist. I didn't feel comfortable talking with him so there are things I forgot to ask him. I have joint related issues going on different from muscle pain. I know the difference each give. The good thing, is he's doing lab, however I was not pleased with this visit. I wish I would have opened up more but I have a tendosy to shut down completely when not taken seriously. Just have some compassion for people because chronic pain is hard. I'm an honest person so I speak my mind. Hopefully, my follow up appointment in 3 to 4 months will have a better outcome and experience with this doctor, so I can hopefully give a better rating than what I gave today. On a positive note, the doctor's nurse was extremely nice and the phlebotomist was nice and I got to breathe fresh air when I left the building. We are sick of the masks mandates. Several other places like other hospitals, schools and dentistry just to name a few have moved on without masks mandates."
