The setting is completely customizable, down to the lighting color of the room (I chose green), to the music and the temperature of the spa table. I got the monthly special facial, and WOW. The experience is and hour and a half of pure luxury; each product and touch is deliberate and adds to the experience. Crystal takes her time, nothing feels rushed. While my mask was setting I got a super relaxing hand, arm, neck and head massage. I left with absolutely radiant, buttery soft skin and a welcome packet with samples and goodies and a full regimen available to follow if I choose to.
