"I didn’t have high customer service expectations because Sephora usually has pretty rude employees, but this place was shockingly worse than usual. I waited around for over twenty minutes to buy some things for my daughter because the only lady working there was pacing around the store on a loud, angry personal phone call. Just save yourself the trouble and go next door to Ulta. Kohl’s is gross anyway."
