"Called the pharmacy and spoke with John. If I could give 0 stars I would. I told him that the prescription should have been sent to the this store this morning. Then he just hung up on me. Worst attitude and customer service ever. My wife is about to run out of her medicine after giving birth and now the pharmacy hangs up on us?"

"This Walgreens is the absolute worst experience. I waited inside for 30 mins with 1 person in front of me but they were only paying attention to drive thrus. When I asked how long (3 people working) lady said they were doing best they could. I left without my rx because I can’t justify waiting another 30 mins at that point. Awful!"

"I had some prescriptions sent in from an urgent care facility. They weren't ready when I when in around noon the next day. I told them that I would have Axtell fill them. I called Axtell to get them transferred as soon as I walked out. They never answered the phone from Axtell (6 times) Meanwhile they filled the prescriptions. My guess is that they wouldn't answer because they had already filled them despite being told not to bother."

"I have been a customer of this store for 15 years. I had a prescription that Walgreens had in their que for two months (back-order ) out of the blue the order was canceled, when I called I was informed it was canceled because I did not come pick the order up, I was told the product was there and would be available next day. Then the que showed there was an issue with insurance. When I went to the store I was told the product was once again on back order. I was treated as if I was being trivial. I took my business to Sam's Club and have my medication in hand in 24 hrs. I will not be giving further business to this store."

"My review is not on this particular store, it's on Walgreens Corporate HQ's. They have known for quite a long time that there's a problem with online ordering. I have been a Walgreens customer for 33 years and within this last week especially, trying to place an order first through my doing, and then using their customer service who couldn't also get an order through, says a lot. I've tried a new week and still nothing that I need to order will they let me order. You get sick of every turn trying to order online and there's a problem. If I could go into the store and shop like a normal person, I would. I don't have that opportunity and to not even be able to order online makes Walgreens rather useless to me now doesn't it, after 33 years. For Corporate HQ'S to not give a damn about their customers needs is unforgivable. Not everyone is able to actually walk into a store. Why do you bother sending emails about rewards and all kinds of deals, if you're not going to allow the order to go through? Right now I can tell you what to do with your emails, your rewards, and your online ordering, and stick it where the sun don't shine. I truly doubt that headquarters will have the decency to contact me about this situation. 33 years of loyalty for what?"
