"Very disappointed in ulta in Sherman I placed an order for curbside pickup and I tried multiple times throughout the day to pick up and it kept saying unavailable. Even during the hours it was supposed to be. I ended up having to take my baby in the store and the line for order pickup they were not using. I had to wait in the full line just to check in and get my items. There’s a reason people use curbside or order pickup. Don’t offer it if you cannot honor it!"
