Unfortunately, after all the money I’ve spent on these extensions you would think that you would accommodate this situation after you tightened my extensions and I had to go back a week later for you to fix the mistake you made. Just to go somewhere else and have to pay more for your mess up."

"I moved to Sherman in desperate need for a remedy to a hair coloring disaster. I read a lot of great reviews about Maxim and called. Tammie called back immediately and we determined Laura M. would be best for me. Laura M. transformed my hair from a stripy, brassy mess to absolutely beautiful color (pic would not attach). I have been going to her for 2 years and could not be happier. BTW-I see reviews that they do not call people back--that's because the phone/answering machine does not go to the shop...it is my understanding it goes to the owner who does not return or forward."
