"Self check has made customer service go away. We come here (now used to come here) every Sunday. They didn’t have a checker at 930 on a Sunday morning. When I asked the lady at customer service if they could open a check stand and she snapped at me and said she didn’t have a checker. Mind you there were 3 Smiths workers standing right there. So I left my groceries in the cart and left. I refuse to use self check. Yall don’t pay me to check myself out. If I had 1 or 5 items I would have self checked. What would have you done if you didn’t have a self check? Would you have just told the customers to pound sand? Cmon smiths DO BETTET!!!!"
