"Bad experience. Sent me 500 dollar bill for normal 15 minute visit at normal morning hours. Did flu test for child just to prove that he's got flu, which we already knew. No prescriptions were given. 500 dollar bill with 100 dollars prepay before visit, that they forgot to deduct from that bill. Called billing department, after many tries and being put on hold reached the person, who can barely speak English. She assured me that deduction of 100$ will be adjusted, since that is what I already paid at visit and it shows on their side that i paid that, said to wait for new updated bill. 3 weeks later ,same bill comes with no adjusted pricing of prepaid deduction. Never asked for covid or other tests, they did them anyway without asking us, and charger over 100 for each test, that I never asked for, that you can get at cvs for 20 bucks. .600 bucks just to confirm, that your kid has flu and fever, that I already told them about. Never coming back again. Front desk staff is unprofessional and never gave me receipt for my 100 dollar prepay, said confirmation will come in email. Never got one.One of nurses is rude and asked me at one of the visits before, if I have relationship with a man or a woman.How's that related to bronchitis, I don't know. That is not something you ask a married woman. Also did covid test on me , without asking if id like one, even though I told her I have a bronchitis, since my family members had that 2 weeks prior. Doctors seem nice, but the billing department and rest of staff ruin the whole experience. Pricing outrageous."
"Every time I go here, i have to wait an hour to see a Doctor, Today they made me wait 45 minutes for a stupid lab work. Never setting foot in this establishment again."
"My 1 year old and I have been sick for 2 and 1/2 weeks we went in and saw the doctor and she was amazing she sent in two prescriptions for me and two prescriptions for my daughter for bronchitis and an ear infection the problem arose when we got to the pharmacy that was supposed to be open but was closed unexpectedly and there was nothing I could do to get our prescriptions moved to another 24-hour pharmacy because the office was closed at this point and even the after hours number said they couldn't do anything to help me. The location and the doctors were awesome and so was the receptionist but they're after hours customer care needs some work because that was so incredibly frustrating to have gone in and paid $150 copays to be seen tonight so that we could get some relief and actually sleep. then be told there's nothing we can do to come back at 8:00 a.m.."
"Highly recommend this location, the PA that came into talk to me and diagnose my issue was very sweet and sincere. She immediately related to the issue I had, while giving me valuable feedback and data to use with my concerns. My time in the waiting room was short (probably due to time of day I arrived) but still had minimal wait while in patient room. I would also like to recognize how easy it was to modify my prescription when I called later in the evening about the original prescription not working. Great location, awesome staff."
"Recently visited and had to wait nearly 2 hours. The nurse was extremely rude, short, not helpful and lacked empathy. She was in and out so fast, I didn't even catch her name. In the future, I'm going to ensure that that particular nurse is NOT working before confirming my appointment."
