"This was my first experience at touchstone and my first experience getting a MRI. I am a plus size individual and claustrophobic, so I was able to get a wide bore MRI. I was apprehensive to make the 30 minute drive to Edmond for this appointment, but I’m so glad I did. Rebecca, at the front desk, was so kind to me; we spent some time exchanging about our experience in retail and the kindness it requires. The two technicians who performed my MRI (I unfortunately didn’t get their names) were extremely kind and gracious as well. The gentleman who assisted explained the process in detail and offered me a great deal of reassurance as I was quite anxious. The woman who assisted was very kind alongside the gentleman; asking what music I’d like to listen to and asking if I was okay. They both ensured I was comfortable and cared for during the entire process and checked in to ensure I was doing okay multiple times. I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the safe space they created for me today. I could not recommend this place more."
