"Jeanna, Maddie, Diane, and Chance on 5th floor took great care of my mom. There was another RN who also helped who's name was not on her board. She was great also. "The care at Integris is not set up for neurological. Unfortunately, if you do the same work day in and day out, you can tend to loose touch with your compassionate side while caring for patients. Patients shouldn’t be categorized or treated like cattle. If you are looking for individualized care, do not go to Integris. I felt like I was putting the Nurses out. One of the Nurses left the tourniquet on while taking 3 tubes of blood and I had to ask her afterwards to take the tourniquet off. She almost left the room with the tourniquet still on my arm! She was annoyed that I asked! My hand hurt for days. The doctors don’t know everything because they don’t ask. When you are in an emergency situation, you are too stressed to explain. If ER assumes why you are there, you don’t have proper neurological care or documentation. When I discussed it with my husband and my doctor, they both agreed that the diagnosis at Integris was a sham."

"The doctor was amazing! The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. The visit was overall pleasant. A few nurses could have had better attitudes but the few that were unpleasant were redeemed with the rest of the staff being so caring. Overall pleased with our visit."

"I was taken to this emergency room on my son's birthday. The staff was extremely nice, respectful, and productive! All of my reports and ex-rays were done quickly with a fast response time. They even brought out cupcakes in the emergency waiting room for my son, and sang Happy Birthday to him. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. The city of Edmond is in GREAT hands! Absolutely my preferred place to go in an emergency."

"Very welcoming when I first arrived. The person at the desk was open and friendly and made an open invitation to all should they have any questions. The surgical prep room was fantastic. No curtains or sharing of sounds from other rooms. We were taken to our own room that had a bathroom attached so I didn’t have to walk down the hall holding my gown when I went to the bathroom. The room was mine which meant I could leave my clothes in the room and not have to have my husband carry around bag the whole time I was in surgery. The nurses all were very nice and made sure all of my needs were met even before I asked for anything. I would strongly recommend this hospital should you have a choice."
