"The nurse who is always there is awesome but today I changed to a new clinic because of the white girl who’s always at the front and schedules appointments. Yes I’m not the best patient but I’m guessing she forgot the place where she works at, is a place where people are trying to get better because clearly they took a wrong path and we are working on it. She always has an attitude but today when she called me and I didn’t say much back because yes this is not my first time being late or that I forgot my appointment because I am dealing with things she could never understand and I don’t want her to. She could’ve just done her job and given me the options of what to do next instead she went off on me saying she’s already tired of it, that I’m supposed to be an adult, she doesn’t have to call to wake me up ( I live in the ok downtown and don’t have a vehicle and just started this treatment for the first time in my life 6 months ago or so). I’m also autistic. My boyfriend heard the whole conversation and was mad for me, not because of why she was angry but because of all the things she said and how she says it. She’ll get away with it most likely and just say she didn’t say all that or sound like that but I have a person who heard it. Even if she had a valid reason, it’s not her job to lecture me or tell me how to be an adult if she hates her job then maybe she should go back to college and get something different because if she’s working with people who are getting better from addiction, she’s definitely in the wrong place. Either way she’s tired so I switched today maybe she should too"

"Doctor told me to take Sudafed after telling her I have been taking Allegra d. Allegra D already has Sudafed in it. (Didn’t know that before hand just trusted that the doctor knew what she was talking about) Ended up having horrible reactions to the high dose of Sudafed in my system. Had to go to the er, and that’s when I was told about the Sudafed dosage. No one ever checked my breathing/lungs, when I was being swabbed the girl swabbed my nose for Covid, flu and STREP. How is someone in the medical field not know how to test there patients before administering them? I would never come back. Very careless and dangerous. Take the time to listen to your patients."

"I saw Dr. Amy when she was there, have seen Dr. Groves once when needed, and now see Dr. Travis. They are all amazing! I like the staff, too. Always easy to work with, take the time to listen, and now that we can do blood work at the new office, it’s even better! I cannot recommend them enough."

By far the best care in the state!! Very clean always respectable & nice and cool on these hot summer days! Smells lovely! Amy is by far AMAZING highly recommend her!!!"
