"Used to think they were great and cared...now see that is not the case... called up 3 weeks ago to get my balance owed and ask what it would take to be seen again as I was needing my daily meds as well as an antibiotic... was given a price and told just call back and we will see everything up.... I declined the expensive health insurance at work because I knew I was covered through this office in 2 weeks once I paid....I call back to pay and set my appointment and get told now that I can't restart because management says I let my membership lapse. So now I can't do the insurance through my employer because I already declined and enrollment is closed and now I do not have the daily meds I need and the antibiotics I need because I was given wrong information 3 weeks ago by this doctor's office. Be careful as they only care about their monthly fee"

"Dr Lowrance was absolutely amazing and completely understanding and eager to get to the bottom of things I have going on. There was hardly a wait and my appointment was longer as we had so much to go over but he did ask several times if I was good on time. I was treated with compassion and like a person and not just a number like I have felt like to most offices. I can’t wait to see what the future holds with this office they were absolutely awesome and went above and beyond with me on my very first appointment.
