"Been with Doctor Browns office since I was little kid. It has gone to complete garbage. They fired the only women doctor under 50 with out notice to clients my wife and two daughters are in the middle of treatment plans for allergies and other serious matters. We went to see the the doctors that replaced her with. They proceeded to tell us everything we have been doing is wrong over the last five years. Avoid at all costs not a up to date practice. Horrible receptionists, wait times forever, feels like half the staff should just retire. If you are retired military like me, take your faimly somewhere else."

"We love Dr. James Brown, he's not only been our family doctor for almost 20 years, but he is also my elderly parents Dr. for just as long, and we adore him and both his nurses. We've never had any problems with the front desk staff either, not sure where the bad reviews from others have come from, but they have always been friendly with us."

"If I could give a 0 star I would. I was given no notice my provider no longer worked there. My medications and test results were all ‘ lost in the cracks’. After going without my medication refills for 2 weeks, I call on a Friday at 1, they’re closed. Instead of waiting until Monday, I called the emergency line. The nurse practitioner that returned my call was beyond rude, telling me she’s not dealing with this on a weekend! These reviews saying they do not care about patients- 100% accurate!! THEY DROPPED me from their care! I called the office to see if they fixed my medication and was told my new insurance didn’t even cover the medication I needed- LIES!! I get off the phone with my insurance and they acted as if that was the most ridiculous thing they’ve ever heard. I have an appointment with a new doctor, let’s see if the new office has any problems getting my medical records now…"

"Practitioner Lindsay Roof and her nurse are the best. I have severe social anxiety and after moving here finding a GP I was comfortable with was such a struggle the first 3 years. Lindsay and her nurse are both super down to earth and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend !"
