"I had a horrible experience, wasn’t listened to, fake tests that weren’t given were on my release papers and the “nurse” was beyond rude when I spoke up about my experience. It was horrible. I would NOT recommend and will not go back no matter how convenient the scheduling is!!"

"I walked into Access, didn’t have to wait long. The front desk was very friendly and spoke to me as soon as I walked up to window. The medical assistant called me back and asked me my medical history and was very straightforward. She more or less walked me backed to room and within 45 seconds or less the doctor came back. She was very friendly, sympathetic and had a great bedside manner. She sent medicine and now I’m on the road to recovery. If you need to go to clinic choose this clinic! They are wonderful A+!!!!"

"I was sick and went in to make sure I didn’t have Covid or the flu so that I wouldn’t spread it to others. During my visit, they determined it was a cold. I paid my co-pay during my visit. Weeks later I am now receiving a bill for 91 dollars. I have good insurance and have never had to pay this much at other urgent cares. Be careful about going here."

"Alyssa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was kind and compassionate and thorough. She communicated very well with my 4 year old. Dr Bullock was also wonderful and we appreciate his kindness and knowledgeable care. Having a sick child is miserable, but they both made this urgent care experience as good as it could have possibly been."
