"Update: My mom visited the store in person with the unused bowl. The employees were very accommodating and let her replace the bowl. I’m glad they were willing to help out! My review is simply based on the return policy. I really don’t enjoy leaving a negative review. I got my mom a bowl for Christmas and I purchased it in November. She opened it and was very excited. She immediately mentioned I purchased a size too big though. I called to request if I could exchange for the next size down. The response I received was “no, sorry that’s just the way it is.” I would happily even let you have the additional funds I paid for the larger one. I just had higher expectations of customer service."

"Stopped into restock on their amazing Kamut flour. Such a fun stop with a statue of Fannie for a photo op. So much to choose from, such a cute place. The sourdough oatmeal coconut cookie was on point."

"Came here for the first time today and was immediately greeted with two wonderfully sweet ladies. One offered me a sample and helped me find the specific items I was looking for. I ended up buying a 25lb bag of flour and the ladies answered all my questions and also helped me get a storage container for the flour. They quickly rang me up and before I could even ask for help with carrying the flour out (I had my two young children with me) one of the ladies had already grabbed a cart and loaded it up to help bring it to my car. This was certainly worth the 35 min drive and I look forward to coming back in the future."
