"I had an amazing experience here. Every place is going to have good and bad parts but this place was mostly great. A wonderful place too go if you need help. I am so thankful I was able too keep my daughter and my son was allowed to visit on the weekend. Every single one of the staff members has a heart for there job. They may sometimes have conflicting personalities with clients but they all care so much and do a wonderful job caring for the people there."

"So, I worked here back in 2020 and the new manager just came on board (Liz) something Iike that. One day my son got sick and she told me to come to work or don't come back at all. That everyone's kid gets sick. First off not every one's child has a heart murmur, seizures, asthma and are deaf. She is such a heartless individual. I've been in my profession for 12 years this month and decided to give it a go again. The director Jon, I guess from downtown location reached out to schedule an interview for Monday. He than turns around in asked if I every worked there before in 2020. I replied yes and got no response for hours. I sent a kind message asking if a interview was going to be scheduled and he responded he'll have to pass and good luck on job hunting. God closes doors for a reason and keeps certain people grounded if they don't change or seek change. So this door closing only let me see that this place still hasn't changed or doesn't want to change from within. Be sure to read ratings. Have a good day."

"Not a good place to work, if you aren't a person who is just gonna lie down. New program director wants complete and total control, is incredibly reactive to any employee who seemingly does wrong. Gives no room for the employee to improve whatsoever. Any time you do anything its an immediate write up. my first fricking time being in a residential facility. this was new to me. I know i did wrong, but i worked so hard to improve but then the next time i did anything immediate write up then told if anything happens again you're terminated. do not work here. its toxic. Also some staff can be so negative, maybe they are jaded. I get it. but ..you have to have hope for these individuals. they came from a place where they had no hope for themselves and people around them didn't either and gave up. Its going to rub off on them even if you don't convey it directly. I loved the clients. I did. but I felt like I could do no right. I was punished for my mistakes and not treated as a human, and disrespected."

"Some staff there are awesome but the director Liz is beyond rude. She is hateful and completely heartless to all the girls and her staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone solely because of her. The counselors, case Managers, and most of the rcs women are awesome and go out of their way to help when they can but Liz is over everyone and she yells at them for it. It's sad."
