"Raw chicken! I ordered my family dinner online at 7:23pm. It said it would be ready at 7:42pm. When I arrived they told me it was going to be longer than expected. I said ok. At 8pm I went up and asked how much longer because I needed to pick up my daughter. They said there were other online orders before mine that used all the chicken and they needed to cook more. I asked if it would be ok if I went and got my daughter and came back because they were closing at 8 due to Presidents’ Day. They said it would be fine. Long story short I went back again finally got our food. Opened both of my kids to let them start eating and looked at my daughters and there was chicken that wasn’t even cooked!! I immediately told her to spit out her bite. I am just so disappointed that this would even happen. We called to talk to the general manager, Veronica, she basically said there was nothing she could do till tomorrow. We asked to receive a call from their manager. We still have not heard anything to this day. I guess they don’t care if they get people sick with salmonella."

"Food was great and the service was very friendly and efficient. Had to order a gluten free meal and they were very cautious to make sure of no cross contamination. It was a great relief to have a fast food place show such concern!"

"First time at the Brigham location. Staff had a good understanding about gluten free options. My husband had Chile Verde burrito and said it was delicious. My enchiladas were good. Staff was helpful, courteous and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend!"

"Ate here at 5:30pm on a Thursday. Our food was prepared fast and to our liking, the pico and chips were especially good. They offer a large dining area, and a few tables outside. This location has horchata, limeade, and a full complement of drinks. The restaurant was really clean, even the food prep and soda fountain. They have a bathroom on-site, the restaurant is handicapped friendly, and if you have a trailer the Walmart adjacent has plenty of room. Would eat here again."

"I wish I didn’t have to write this, but I am so disappointed. When I ordered, I ordered a steak burrito. When I opened it up, it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The rice was hard, and there was a big chunk of steak connected, like it hadn’t even been cut. It was a very gross burrito. :( they didn’t even ask me if I wanted any condiments either. Just disappointed because I love burritos!"
