Great Clips

"Worst experience ever in my 52 years. I've been going to great clips for years and always have been satisfied and treated well by the stylist. Until today 3-10-24. Manuel was the stylist. He kept pushing my head down to the point my neck was hurting. Instead of moving the chair so he could reach areas of my head he would grab my head and twist my neck. Very painful experience. I told him he was hurting my neck and I would wait for another stylist to finish the haircut. He refused and said he was going to finish the haircut. He was very rude. I will never go back to great clips again."

"Horrible experience . Took my daughter there and they took 3 inches off the top. She asked to leave the top long. They said that in the notes it said to take 3 inches off. I never put anything down on how to cut it. I'm livid as a parent that my daughters hair is not the way she wanted it. Never ever going to this place again!!"

Very clean facilities and most important the stylists there were polite, professional, and friendly. I came in on a Tuesday right before noon. Definitely be back for a trim when I’m back in town."

"The two girls that was working checked us in and they sure didnt seem to happy to be there but they were very efficient and my beautician asked if I wanted my hair washed I said yes she checked to make sure the water temperature was to my liking. She of course asked what length I wanted my hair and if I wanted different a layer looked etc. She was quit friendly as we decided what I wanted which was just 3" cut off from the bottom and that was it."
