"So far I have been to pretty lash studio 5 times. The service is great, they are always quick to take your phone call and get you in. The lashes are consistently good, it’s one of the only places that I have not had a reaction to the glue. I get a fill every 3 weeks and my lashes still look good when I’m due for my fill. It’s about a half hour drive for me but definitely worth it. I see Lily, she’s so good but I assume they are all great."

"This used to be my favorite place, these last two visits I went to were a terrible experience. I went about two weeks ago and the lady who did my eyelashes did great, my sister and I asked for the same thing, and we loved how they turned out. The eyelashes fell off extremely fast, the second eye barley had any eyelashes the second week. I kept them dry the type they requested, and they still fell off. My sister had no eyelashes left and I had felt so embarrassed since I recommended her the place. Two weeks come around – aka this weekend. I went in for a refill and asked for a set that I did not get, not even close. She also hurt my eyeball, I twitched when I felt a pinch or poke on my eye, and I told her my eye was hurting. She was upset, then I continued with an attitude to say to hold the fan. As if that was going to fix anything, the picture is the result of her hurting my eye. I also asked to have my eyebrows waxed and she did not do a good job, there was still plucking that needed to be done. At the time I felt pressured into leaving a tip. So, I tipped and just left because I felt pressured and annoyed at all the situations. On Sunday, my eye was still hurting, and my husband said I shouldn’t have paid for the service when all they did was hurt me. I felt like it was unfair for me to pay for a horrible service. I called and asked if there was anything they could recommend of if they could provide a refund and they continue to fight that my eye had a reaction to the glue, I have been there 5 – 6 times before and had never had a problem with the glue, I have never had a sensitive eye. As you can tell, it’s not the glue since it’s not on my eyelash line, it’s my actual eyeball! They said they could do $20 off and I said there is no way I’m coming back. They said OKAY we will refund for you tomorrow. Next day came around, they sent a picture that says no refunds (I have never seen this picture in the place) and the only refunded 70% of the deposit. Well, this is me collecting my other $20 dollars because I was extremely upset that they didn’t even stop to apologize and kept my tip, like no, she doesn’t deserve a tip. I felt pressured in the moment (we have all been there) LOOK AT MY EYEBALL!! So sad to say I will not be coming back to this place and the reviews on here are true about the glue."
