"Only jewelry store I've ever bought from in 25 years. This was my store. Bought my wife a necklace in September for her birthday in October and now after she's had time to think on it in December and has never wore it, we decided we'll return it and get our money back. It's past 30 days and couldn't find receipt. They would only give me in store credit and what my wife wanted wasn't at Helzberg. I thought with my long standing business with them they'd make an exception. They did not. Do you understand how little time 30 days is if your buying in advance for someone as a gift?! That's done annually for Christmas! Do they stand by the law of 30 days during Christmas? But even after that I had to find something to exchange it with, my sales lady handed me off to another guy. No one was really trying to talk or be real friendly. The whole experience was just very disappointing. And since it doesn't seem they really care about customer satisfaction I'm not returning to this company. I'm going somewhere else in future."
