"I bought 19 items but was charged $31 and some change. So I went back to say I was overcharged, (original receipt I was given was half torn) and I was told that some items are different prices. I asked for a reprint of my receipt and counted the items and I was charged for 23. I finally got a refund, they kept 3 of the nail stickers I bought since it was scanned wrong. They only refunded for 5 items so I was still charged wrong and paid for 18 items when I left with only 16. I suggest to buy only a few items at a time so you don't get overcharged or just shop somewhere else."
"I went in a couple weeks ago and the staff were all dolled up in tutus, headbands they looked absolutely adorable! I wish you had these stores over here in Oregon because all we have is Sally’s! They are way overpriced just saying.. Thank you for all your help and superior customer service! Definitely will be back next time I visit.."
"Great quality products, especially for the price. Literally felt like a kid in a candy store again. The interior is also jaw dropping. Def bringing a friend next time."
"I was so happy getting all this cute cruelty free makeup, I got the pink and red eyeliner, as soon a i got home I tried the pink eyeliner and in less than 20 secondsy eyelid started itching, and then the nightmare started. I removed it and wash my eyes under the water, my eyes got red as an apple, swollen and created this clear ball inside of my eyeball, 1 hours has passed and I still can’t see properly."
"Absolutely do not go into the store. My son showed them a broken item and they made us pay for it. All he did was take the item up to the cash register, so they could be aware of it. I wonder how many times a day they scam people with that saying that they don’t know if they broke it or not, and making them pay."
