"My valentines day flowers were dead, flopped over and missing pedals, called to complain because I was literally crying cause of how bad they looked, shocked they even delivered them in that condition, talked to Rachel, very sweet, refunded my boyfriends money and offered to deliver a free dozen roses the next day, well they were delivered and they look as if they picked the flowers out my grandma's back yard and put it a tiny vase, I TOLD her they looked fine, but I hit the corner and cried again, I just can't with this floral ship NO MORE!! I'm super disappointed, my valentines day was COMPLETELY RUINED!! I DONT EXPECT THEM TO UNDERSTAND!! Ig they feel the refund was enough, but 2 days of dead beat up flowers is a bit much!!"
