"Dear Walmart Management,I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service I recently experienced at your store located at 4900 South Sooner Road. While I've had some less-than-ideal encounters in the past, one particular interaction truly stood out and reaffirmed my faith in the kindness of people.Approximately a week ago, I found myself in need of assistance while shopping. Despite being busy stocking shelves, organizing, and ensuring the area was presentable, a young lady named Morgan took the time to help me with my inquiry. With grace and professionalism, Morgan not only provided me with the information I needed but also escorted me to the Deli and assisted me with my order. Her actions went above and beyond mere adherence to company policy; she exemplified the epitome of outstanding customer service. Morgan's kindness, respect, and attentiveness not only made my day but also served as a beacon of hope in an otherwise challenging shopping experience.I believe individuals like Morgan deserve recognition for their exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction. While I celebrate her here, I also hope that Walmart acknowledges her outstanding contribution to your team. If anyone wishes to experience true customer service excellence, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting the Walmart Neighborhood Market on South Sooner Road outside of Tinker Air Force Base. Thank you, Morgan, for restoring my faith in both customer service and humanity.Sincerely, Hawkins The star rate is meant to reflect Morgan and her service, not Walmart."
"Great customer service desk. But the Operations Manager wouldn’t even print off a receipt and told me that they can not print receipt. Then the two wonderful ladies behind the counter took about 10-15 mins going to the back and printed me off a receipt. All because that lazy Operations Manager wouldn’t print off a receipt or attempt to help. It was quickly push problems aside so he can walk to the front and stand there with his arms crossed like the big bad man he his. Check his attitude."
"This is my neighborhood store I love it. Today one of the associates wish I would of got his name. He was standing by the self checkout he has salt and pepper hair. I'm very thankful and appreciate his fast action. My daughter was in the line and a man behind her was way to close watching her and her every move. Sir thank you so much for taking the time to walk over and make him scoot back. You are an all star employee and from a mothers heart you rock."
"Swung by this Walmart because the neighborhood market was more convenient for me to get dog food, and a few groceries than the bigger grocery store I have switched to recently. I switched because Walmarts prices are not low like they used to be, the do not price match, and they never have PEOPLE working cash registers. There are only self check out, and then employees bothering me, and then hounding me for receipts at the door. There are too many germs and illnesses for me to have strangers touching my things and handing them back. Anyways. Me and my two young kids went in this store for our things. I do not like self checkout especially when I have my kids with me because then I can’t have my eyes on them to make sure strangers aren’t talking to them, or going to snatch one of them up. Or they are into the candy and other things on the shelves by the register. This Walmart did not have even one register open with a real person. So then I was forced to self checkout with two young children. I couldn’t keep my eyes on them. This is unsafe!!!! My toddler was crying because I was away from her. It was a nightmare. I have been to this store before and they hardly ever have carts available. They’re all in the parking lot. Nobody at registers. This store is terrible, and very dangerous!!!! This was my last trip to a Walmart. Walmart has made it a unsafe place to shop with children. And they are cutting job opportunities for our community by making everything a self checkout. I suggest shopping at Winco, and ALDIs where you will get good service, and you can keep your children safe."
