"I was a big fan 7 years ago. Faithful too. What a let down were the most recent 2 deliveries. Ordered the day before Valentine's 2/14/2024. 2/13/24 order placed. Was told "Businesses delivery in mornings" My girl received her flowers after clocking out at 4:30. She was driving away when she noticed the Lily Grass delivery vehicle entering the school. What a waste of money and a Valentine's day surprise ruined by false promises. I wanted my girl to be the center of attention, and instead, she was left wondering why no Valentine came her way. Edited 3/15/2024 Lilygrass made good on the 30% refund. I really like the arrangements and the prices are fair. I'm not yet quite ready to abandon Lilygrass Flowers and Decor. Hopefully the delivery is fulfilled in a timely manner next time."
