"If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude. And couldn't stay off of her cell phone to save her life acting like she was doing me a favor. And the man raised his voice at my 8 year old daughter because she had one foot behind the kiosk telling her ( not me the MOTHER) "you need to get out of here" just plain rude if you don't like your job PLEASE GET ANOTHER. IT SURE DIDNT NEED TWO OF THEM ON THEIR CELL PHONES BEING RUDE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER TO TAKE AN HOUR PUTTING A PROTECTOR ON MY PHONE. HE PUT MORE EFFORT INTO RAISING HIS VOICE AND SPEAKING RUDLEY TO MY DAUGTER THAN DOING HIS JOB AND BEING NICE. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMED THIS KIOSK IN PENN SQUARE TO ANYONE EVER BECAUSE OF THESE LOWLIFES WORKING THERE."

"I talk to Chris and I though I had to replace my Apple Watch battery because it was not charging after I already talk to 4 places that fix watches and they told me that it needed a battery replacement but after talking to Chris it was just simple fix my charger was bad test mine it was no good he had another and it worked he was very helpful,honest,knowledgeable about the product definitely recommend his Business anytime I’ll definitely go back"
