"This is a great place to take kids. It is on base so very rarely is it horribly busy. The splash pad is fun and of adequate size. Right next to it is a large playground that is covered for shade. There is a covered pavilion right by the two. A little further away is another covered pavilion. You can bring a picnic, eat, and then watch the kids play all while being shaded. It is towards the end of one of the runways and the kids seem to enjoy seeing the jets take off."
