"Moved here from out of state, and Regina was so helpful with the process. She has been a truly fantastic manager. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because the price of the units has continued to go up (I know that’s everywhere and not just here) but the apartments desperately need some updating like better windows. I think if they could update some of that the apartments would actually be worth what they are charging for them now. But all in all, not a bad little apartment. Not the fanciest one you will find, but it’s a roof over your head. Any maintenance issues or concerns we’ve had with neighbors being excessively loud have been addressed in a timely manner."

"The process moved pretty quick and smooth. Regina was so easy and pleasant to work with. She’s on top of her stuff, knowledgeable and very polite. I love her! The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The rent is a bit pricey but this place is one of most affordable you’ll find in Owasso with the inflation rates. No washer and dryer setup and my entrance way to my building gets really muddy when it rains, that’s those are my only complaints. Otherwise, I’m quite content here."

"I applied to the apartments, they told me I didn't make enough. Told her how much I made a month and she said she'd get back to me. Later emails me to say my credit go through and it was denied. She didn't even have my name correct. It was a completely different last name. At that point I knew they are not organized at all and do not know what they are doing. I would not recommend. All they do is give you the run around."

"We still currently live here! The apartments are nicely sized for the price you pay, 800 for a 3 bedroom with plenty of space for me, gma, and my mom, kitchen space is a bit limited. Maintenance is always very friendly and most of the time very quick to fix the issue, the occasional moment where it's stalled or taken a while is easily solved by giving a little reminder. Office management has always been very kind and sympathetic to us as we're kind and respectful of them, just be on time with the rent, dont cause neighbor fights, and keep the noise down best you can and there's no issue. Noise is expected in an apartment complex of course and if theres any overzealous upper neighbor, management is usually understanding and tries to help both parties. My biggest complaint would have to be the laundry room. While very convenient for multiple loads at once many require multiple drying times or smaller loads, which is frustrating when it's a dollar a pop. Over all a great little apartment complex!"

"For the price, these are great little apartments. The unit is well sized, the grounds clean and kept up, neighbors seem friendly and keep to themselves for the most part, and management has been quick to resolve any issues that have arisen. I hope for the future to see amenity improvements and unit updates as funding allows, but otherwise have no complaints. We enjoy sitting on the patio and enjoying the weather, and the neighborhood kids all get together and play on the playground and the open yard. The dog park and cleanup stations are a really nice convenience to have as well."
