"We lived here for 5 years and after the third year our apartment was flooded because other apartments didnt keep their faucets dripping, or faulty pipes, and after moving everything out of the apartment for the carpet people to replace, as instructed, we were given 2 industrial fans to keep blowing on the carpet. The carpet was never replaced but we thought and hoped it was fine. A year later around the same time, right after christmas, our apartment flooded again and after having people come in to check they forgot about us. We called front office and was told they would be by either tomorrow or the day after. I work during the day so i figured they came in while i was gone. They either didnt show up or didnt think it was bad enough after two years of flooding in the whole apartment. Now we are freshly moved out and after cleaning the flood mess ourselves while living there and getting a professional carpet cleaner to do a discounted clean after we got all of our stuff moved out, we are being given a 256 bill for them to clean the carpet. We did our absolute best to make the apartment look like new and the carpet honestly looked clean except for spots near the edges in the closet, which is where most of the water came through, and now we are being charged extra for something that they were well aware of before hand. Take pictures before and after you move in. Luckily we took some but now we have to go through all of this. Very heartbroken. Also our carpet cleaning bill was sent to collections almost immediately and we Didn’t receive our security deposit back which you would think would cover this even though it wasn’t our fault. As upset as we were about not getting that back we are now being billed more."

"Moved in here about two weeks ago and it was such an easy straight forward process! The ladies in the office are amazing, the unit is clean and I have a great view! I had some minor maintenance needed and Brandon came out fixed it he knew the issues right away. He even helped explain some mechanics of how it works and I really appreciated it! I couldn’t recommend a better place to live. So happy here!"

"***Update*** I recently asked about some issue that I was having with my deck. The nails were coming up and actually got a hole that you could see right through the deck from the second floor. Not even a week later I have a BRAND NEW DECK! WHAT!!! Hell yes, these people are AMAZING! Brandon was top of the leader board when it came to everything! He was nice, helpful and did an amazing job. Please, if you have had a bad experience with your current apartment, I would highly recommend living at The Villas At Baily Ranch, not to mention that the management is the best people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Love you guys! Please see the attached pictures! I have lived here several years now and call this place “Home”, everyone from management to maintenance are just simply amazing! I have no clue why this place does not have “5” stars!?!?!"
