"I have been a tenant at 98 apartments for 4 years and I love it! Everyone in the office is super nice and alway there to help! I have never had a problem with work orders, if I report a I know that it will be taken care of in a timely manner. We have plenty of things for my children to do with all the amenities they have which is amazing! I highly recommend!"

"I’ve been meaning to write this review for about a year now so yeah. Anyways I hardly ever write reviews but the 98 and the staff definitely deserve one. I lived there for two years and it was an absolute pleasure. Neighbors were quiet and friendly for the most part besides a couple of them. Peaceful, nice, etc just plain enjoyable to live there. The maintenance guys were awesome and friendly alongside the staff up front. They helped me a lot with a complication after moving out and if any of you are reading this thank you all very much! But yeah it was just a good time there."

"I loved my apartment when I first leased it. Now, Weidner is the property management organization and Weidner is terrible. You will be charged extra fees every month outside of your agreed upon rent. This includes fees for water, waste water, electric, trash, and an additional valet trash fee. These fees are ON TOP OF trash valet and water that is a fixed rate that is written into your monthly rent amount. These “fees” change each month. I used to only pay rent, water, and valet. I pay PSO directly for electric. But Weidner is going to get their greedy hands on as much money as they can get by also charging a “utility billing admin fee” among other EXTRA fees each month. My apartment is beautiful, but Weidner makes living at 98 Apartments miserable."

"Potential renters be aware, the price you see on the website or even the price given is not what you are going to pay. There are multiple “gotcha” style fees tacked on that are not disclosed until you get the lease to sign, and you can’t do anything to avoid or control the amount of. Also expect another bill after move out, as the way the lease is written they WILL be replacing the carpet and charging you for it regardless of the move out cleaning fees you also cannot avoid. Oh, and you won’t see that lease until it’s too late to change your mind since you can’t find anywhere else to be that quickly. It all felt very underhanded and I will absolutely not be renewing. That being said, that is no reflection on the local team, who are absolutely fantastic. Responsive, courteous, and just all around doing an amazing job of working with the situation they have. Couldn’t ask any more of them or say enough good things. It’s a shame they are saddled by corporate ownership who appears intent on blind-siding people with extra fees and borderline deceptive business practices."
