"Manager was a complete nosy psychopath. She feels so left out of the approval process that she "" tries to pre qualify you "" it a fishing expedition to find out as much as she can. She was very aggressive in wanting information under the guise of pre qualify me. I have excellent credit very good salary and no eviction. That's all she needs to know. It the management company that's approveds or anything any applicants not her. And she can't stand it. Run for your life. Unless your comfortable with telling a stranger that has no business in your business in the way she approaches you. She been managing the complex for 15 years and feels like she owns it and is insensed that she has no part of the application process the management company does. Get over yourself. You actually crossed the line into illegal territory with me. Have spoke with attorney about Bridgette actions and trying to decide to take her and the management company to court. Stay away. She lies lies lies . She claims no on ever moves out. But constantly have open apartments. Just a flat out lier and nosy Karen. I ended up after relentless questions telling her she was over the line and no way would I ever live there now. She continued to try to oh I'm just trying to pre-qualify you. No your not at this point. Intrusive aggressive and rude."

"My mother called to view an apartment and the manager refused to show the available unit stating that "if she wanted an apartment at Royal Arms, she would have to rent it 'sight unseen'." The excuse was "it id being worked on." Ok ... but she even refused to set up an appointment for a later date. In my experience, this is a huge red flag that tells me that it would probably not be in any livable condition or would only be a "fresh coat of paint" over a lemon of an apartment and be impossible to get any maintenance at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND if this is their standard business practice."

"The management and staff are wonderful. They actually cared about me and worked to resolve all of my issues. I have a large dog and I don't like crating him for extended periods of time. They always worked with me and my schedule so, I rarely had to cage him up when they had to enter for maintenance. The grounds are well taken care of and you can smell the flowers walking down the paths. I enjoyed walking my dog around even though there are a few cats that roam around. Most are friendly, I uploaded a pic of one walking with my dog. Some pet owners don't pick up after their pets. Instead of using DNA testing to determine the culprits as I suggested, the manager hires someone to pick it up. I was impressed. She solved the problem and boosted the local economy by creating a job. When I first moved into the apartment, the A/C wasn't working. It wasn't an emergency but was taken care of promptly. Overall great living experience. I'm going to miss living there and if I move back I hope they have a spot available."

"I love this apartment complex! My apartment is really nice and the manager has been great. I haven't had any issues what so ever. I love that this place is gated and I feel safe here. I was worried in the beginning when looking for a place since I'm a single female living alone but I can say that I don't have that worry here. I was worried at first also because of the area but they really take safety serious here.I have seen the courtesy patrol at night so they are active in keeping us safe. I also love the fact that Bridgette (the manager) is consistently trying to improve the complex and have it at its best. Ive really noticed that this complex is quiet and calm. My neighbors have been pretty nice as well. It's also very pet friendly which I was interested in because of my cat. Overall, it was the perfect place for me and has become home."
