"Service desk really needs checked on how to talk to customers appropriately. Hotel is not very clean and would not recommend it because of this! Rooms should be cleaned daily not just when staff feels like it."
"We could not get our door to double lock, so they changed it to another room, that door would not double lock either, they put us back in the first room, no water in the bathroom sink, no outlet on one side of the bed to plug in phone. The shower door would barely slide, and then it fell off the track, there was barely enough room to get out of the shower door. The staff gave the excuse that rarely people take a shower, and so it gets stuck ….!!! Will not stay here again …. !!!! This does have a good location, across the street from The Joint Chiropractic and across the highway from the mall."
"I stayed here at the Springhill suites from okc because me and the crew from Discount Remodelers are enclosing a Patio cover and the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance"
"The room and staff were very nice and professional. I had an incident with my room lock, they fixed it and accommodated me quickly and efficiently with no problems! Made me forget I even had a problem, now that’s what I call great customer service! Highly recommend to book⭐️"
"No pool access at the time (wasn’t notified until arrival) the gym was great! The workers were polite and the location was perfect! Makes me proud to be a Marriott member"
