"Worst place to live. I'm surprised the health dept hasn't closed them down. They allow smokers to smoke in their apartments which goes throughout the vents. There is mildew and have had flood problems. Constant roach and ant problems.im moving my parents out."

"Do not rent there. If you get in a hardship they won't work with you. Even though they say they will. They lie. My friend fell on a hardship. He had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital. The landlord had his dogs out in the pound and he had some one taking care of them. He has to have heart surgery and they ended up evicted him. He has to be out tomorrow night. And they put the the eviction notice on his door on Friday night. He is trying to get help to move out. I work so all I have is my car.and I won't be able to help him move much. But anyway don't have any of your family or friends move there. And they don't fix nothing either."

"Lived here for 19 years; rapidly declining in quality. Update: I'm going back and editing my review. Now having lived here 21+ years, mgmnt. has recently changed. Dramatically improved complex. Safe and much improved general manager. Finally, on par with complexes of this age. Pretty quiet and responsive to needs. Thanks Regina!"
