"emergency pulls in bathroom don't work. Goose poop everywhere. People are allowed to keep balconies and areas in front of homes messy and cluttered, which could be a fire hazard."

"They lie to you telling you that they have security and swimming pools to swim in. I was surprised when I moved in people get upset if you park in the wrong place and do mean things. Haven't been able to go to the swimming pools for two years or more they don't fix things like they need to keep us safe like the gates and the security should be driving around more often and they don't they don't keep you safe. The lawn service is really bad they don't do a good job. They move in the wrong people sometimes there is a drug ring of people going around in that complex in different Apts there's also some sex trafficking going on. Theyr mainly living upstairs is what they do and they disguise themselves and have different cars and everything dealing drugs over there it's not a safe place to live there anymore You have to pray and ask God to protect you"

"Just moved here from Texas and experiencing my first real snow here. The heater stopped working this am and it was 3 degrees outside. So I called maintenance and I met Jose. He got here faster than i thought he would. He is so professional and personable all at the same time. He figured out the problem and got me warm again. Hey girls in the office, I'm not sure if you know who you have here, but my vote is for Jose. He really cares about people and knows his job. A property is only as good as its maintenance crew, haven't met the others, but you made a great choice hiring Jose. Hope he loves it here."

"Woodland Manor has the best Maintenance staff ever. The guys are polite hardworking and know their job. Everything gets taken care of 100%, just as quickly as they can get to it. The office staff is fantastic as well. Always kind and helpful. Best place in town for Seniors to live."
