"I give this complex ZERo stars!!! Nidia Gayton (leasing manager) is the worst manager I have ever encountered. I mean, call me crazy, it’s my understanding that managers MANAGE THEY DO NOT NEGLECT, IGNORE EMAILS OR VOICEMAILS…and they most certainly do not tell tenants I CALL YOU WHEN I WANT TO!!! I have emailed Nidia Gayton numerous times regarding my lease renewal. Let me clue you in on the repairs that City of Tulsa has become involved in…my apartment still has mildewed carpet from the water leak upstairs which has been ongoing since June 2023. Yet, I still request info about my lease. I am so disgusted with this place. Sinus issues, breathing issues, CITY CODES NOT BEING KEPT UP WITH… My words to the owner of this God forsaken property, I promise to Jesus YOU WOULD NOT BE WILLING TO PAY NOR LIVE IN THESE CONDITIONS YET YOUR LIL CHICA CAN DEMAND MONEY giving no respect to a four year tenant. Mark my words, I will do everything necessary to assist in making sure this property is shut down, I was quiet, I was paying…now I’m losing money off my check because THE OWNER IS A SLUM LORD"

"I wish i could put ZERO stars! They definitely take advantage of the fact that MOST of the residents are there because they didnt have many options, whether it be backround money or rental history. They use that to their advantage when they are NOT responding to maintenance requests. We have had ROACHES MICE AND SPIDERS since NOVEMBER 2022. It is now a YEAR later and i have a leak in my roof thats been going on since september 2022, despite multiple efforts to have pest control come to my apartment they never come. Brittany the new apartment manager says, they do not work on our time for pest control we work on theirs and if you are not home when tbey come your apartment will not be sprayed. Nevermind the job you have to have to pay rent at the roach infested slum lord ran apartment. Before Brittany there was Carlos. He was in charge when a building blew up never got anything fixed and actually told me i needed to break my lease because i kept hounding him about pest control."

"There has been a disaster that completely destroyed our apartment. It has been 11 days and still they have not contacted us. I am out of state for my Father's funeral. An attorney has been contacted."

"Been in the dark 2-3 days, right next to the O2 explosion. All of the tenants in the affected building would like free rent next month to offset expenses for time away in hotels or family. Update 7 days darkness, now I have light-n- hot water too. Reduce me a few days , pro-rated of course. Legally speaking."

"I moved into my apartment yesterday. I must admit my rental process started off rocky due to mistakes of an office member ( whom no longer work there) but Carlos really stepped up to the plate! He's doing such a great job managing multiple properties while still making sure residents needs are met in a timely fashion. VERY HARD worker that genuinely goes the extra mile! And I love my affordable home."
