"Awesome property, a little old (1990s build maybe?) but newly renovated with new flooring, appliances, and paint. Jeremy in the front office was very helpful and professional even checking in after move in to make sure everything was perfect. Amazing rent for the place and location, the people working/living there make it even better."

"I just want to say how amazing Jeremy and especially Octavio have been since I moved in last month. There have been a few maintenance problems since I have been here, and management/maintenance made sure to get it fixed the day I reported it. The apartment complex is very quiet, which I like. If anybody is looking for a new place to live, I 100% recommend it here."

"I like to say that I've been out here at Apex At midtown when it was called leisure Manor and then after that it was called One-Five Apartments and I'm working on my 4th year here and so I've seen this place come a long way. And for anyone to leave negative reviews about the management or this apartment complex really is just in my opinion trying to make the management look bad but trust me the management is nice and fair and also cool!but you got to go by rules and if you have a problem with going by rules, then you'll have a problem with living here because management do enforce rules! Otherwise this place will be ran down like it was before new management came in as well as the new owners and that's all I got to say about that. It's a great place and you need to try to get in if you're looking for a nice place to move into because they are freshly remodeled, washer and dryer hookups, new appliances you name it! Management is cool and so are the owners I don't know why anyone would say anything negative about this place, unless you go against the grain ( THE RULES) and management do enforce them and most residents if not all the residents like myself, are glad that they do so that this place will stay nice from here on out!"
