"Horrible management and maintenance. Won't give info to corporate to make a complaint. Threatened to kick me out because I made a bad review previously. Had my work truck towed, without notice. Even though I have been parking there for a year. Told me I could park there a year ago, but now refusing to pay for the tow fee. Does not say in my lease I cannot park there, nor does it say that anywhere on the property. Someone please get me the corporate info."

"This is an example of how much management cares about their property. Been like this for months. They allow gang members to tag their buildings and there’s trash all over the place the pool has never been open I could go on and on. Don’t move here."

"Save yourself, been here for 10 months. I was trying to break my lease because of a really bad service. And I needed to pay 1200 for that so please beware. AC was broken the first month that I got here,till now it isnt fixed they just gave me some window AC. No Lights in the Vicinity for months since I came here. Area is full of trash. Laundry is filthy, rodents inside of the apartment. I ask them to fix my sink, nobody came. Fix it myself. Just take a look at the pictures. You have been warned , dont go here."

"I want to say that by far Over the top in customer tenant care (CTC) I have ever seen . Miss. Crista and her maintenance team crew were spot on in providing me with both a place to live and a clean well groomed apartment room with all the amenities that were included in the offer ! My over all experience is a 10 for this apartment complex due to how I was treated and I have had the best in kindness and over all professional timely curtsy. Miss. Crista, with patience gave me the over whelming care that a manager and director should give through this move in . With that I am great-full that she was the one I worked with."

"My boyfriend and I just moved in. The new leases are remodeled and look amazing. So far no issues and the property manager, Crista has been spectacular. She’s making sure we are taken care of and settled in. We’ve also met a couple of our neighbors and they are great! The neighbor across the drive even helped us move in our furniture when we got here. I would definitely recommend these apartments especially if it’s your first time having your own place, just like it was with us. :)"
