"ROACHES AND RATS!!! This place is disgusting. They try to play you on rent. We renewed our 3rd lease and it took them 2 months to put our paperwork in. They tried to make us pay month to month 900+. NOTHING OWNED BY THIS COMPANY IS WORTH $900+ A MONTH. Hella people who will come visit yntil 2 or 3 am but park in residential parking spots casuing people who PAY TO LIVE THERE to park in the street. People will park behind your car and block you in. They definitely cater to Hispanic people only.There's a fee to pay your rent online. they're always leaving early so ypu cannot drop off a money order in person.If you put your rent in their drop box they will act like they lost it and charge ypu a late fee. Do yourself a favor and skip this apartment complex. 0/10 broken glass from beer bottles. Mariachi music until 4 am sometimes on WEEKDAYS. always a party going on. They lie about fixing maintenance requests. Never once in 3 YEARS HAVE THEY CHANGED THE AIR FILTER OR SMOKE DETECTOR BATTERIES. Outlets coming out of the wall. No garbage disposal. The appliances suck. Dishwasher doesn't get anything clean.the water stinks like rotten meat and tastes horrible. I could go on..."
