Park Villas Apartments

"I've lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. They are older units so I feel like I'm losing half my cooling and heating out the windows in the summer and winter. Besides that front office has always been polite and prompt when I have any questions or concerns. Maintenence was even kind enough to sweep out a little snake for me late one evening. I've not had any problems with roaches. And my neighbors have be quiet for the most part. The only thing I wish I did was get the unit with the washer dryer hook ups. Other than that we've enjoyed living here."

"I have lived here for 7 years and just signed a new 2 year lease. I want to point out that James on the maintenance staff is very nice and respectful and does a great job. All the staff are great! It's a great location, and we, as older adults, love the fact parking is close to our door. Thank you Liz and Brenda."

"UPDATE: once again they have proved to be condescending and admitted that I have reported and been attacked by the same dog several times. one person being at harm is no concern to them at all. it is also in the lease saying that if a resident is even annoying, they will give them notice and then evict if not fixed. my problems were never fixed. I would also like to point out it is not the maintenance peoples fault. Management are the ones who assign maintenance their cases. I moved in after they hired more maintenance people therefore they were not short handed. just don't care because I made an effort to protect myself from another resident. All the bad maintenance reviews are pretty accurate. if there's a small fix they're pretty quick but if its major and requires more than 10 minutes of work then youre out of luck. we found a bed bug and no one has been to check any of the apartments thoroughly despite there claims to send people. management does not take you seriously especially for claims of harassment. I and other tenants have been attacked by a dog several times and said there's nothing to do about it and that she won't argue or do anything about it. I have also had multiple people follow me while walking my dog. not a safe neighborhood, not a good place to live unless you like to be berated and disrespected, and made to feel like you are crazy and unimportant. we will be moving out because of these experiences."

"Maintenance is so awesome. I had a few issues and they fixed it right away and everything is great! The office ladies Liz and Brenda are so amazing and help us a lot with everything. I have lived here for many years and plan on staying many more!"

"Really great experience moving in the one of the property managers I believe her name is Liz was so kind and helpful through out the process. The Application process was quick and simple (they work with you regarding credit history, etc) Quiet neighborhood so far and spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood is surrounded by local shopping centers, restaurants, right off the highway and located 10 minutes from everything you need in Tulsa. 10/10"
