"Been trying to a/c unit fixed for months. It’s getting up to 81 degrees in my apartment they do not care. Don’t move out here it’s been a miserable experience. I can’t sleep in this heat and yes I have fans. I’ve never stayed anywhere where they ignore the residences and refused to fix things"

"I have been here going on my 5th year! I have to say I hope the keep the employees they got now! Things are looking up ! I love living here i have had no problems with other tenants or crime when I've had a problem with a maintenance issue they have been getting it done and all the office-folks are mostly polite and helpful ! Hope you guys stay with us! I need more kitchen space and storage thats the worst but not a management issue! Thanks Ps The rent payment are not always “ up to date” otherwise would have gave it a 5"

"My fiance has been living in these apartments for 2 years now. When I visit her the kitchen is swarming with roaches everywhere. Mice have made holes in the walls and are able to get into the apartment and cause some scares. These apartments are charging her for pest control too on top of everything else. Multiple work orders have been put in for the holes in the walls from the mice and no one has came to make repairs. Had to buy some mice traps to get rid of them. Mold growing on the bathrooms that I treated myself. No sense in wasting time to make another work order that will be ignored and not worked on. The walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear everything and not sleep. I don't recommend anyone moving here regardless if they give free rent for a month or whatever specials they're offering to move in. You'll regret it. My advice is to find another place to live. I'm going to check on my resources and see what legal recourse I have. In the meantime I'm going to do my best to get her and our daughter out of there."

"ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! Our apartment flooded and we had a hole in the ceiling of the kitchen that was never repaired along with other severe damages that we were forced to live with. None of the damage from the flood was repaired. They could never give me an answer when I asked when they could start fixing things. Children everywhere that continuously destroyed apartment property. You could tell they barely touch the place before we moved in. The faucet in the bathroom shower was broken. There were dead roaches in the fridge. Maintenance came and checked the air filters after we had only been there 1 month and the filters were literally black. Who knows when they were last changed. They lost our apartment key when it flooded and had to call to remind them to change the locks because anyone could have had the key. We were advised that the apartment was not treated for pest’s prior to us moving in and they didn’t have reliable pest control service at the time and was half way willing to reimburse us for our own pest service to come out. We had to literally throw away majority of our furniture and other property when we left because of the roach infestation. The infestation is so bad they literally need to tear down the building to get to the source of the problem. The staff is nice but that means nothing when you’re dealing with constant issues. I called and emailed corporate and not one person responded. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex."

"Garbage apartment. Never move here unless you want to sleep with roaches and be perpetually sick from mold and flooding. Terrible management that doesn’t pay ANY attention to the residents. One man maintenance crew that can’t possibly keep up with everything. Worst place I have ever lived by far. Wish i could give negative stars. Please use my photos as proof. I am done with these apartments and do not want to see anybody go through what my girlfriend and I have. But oh boy, they’ll be all over you for being late on rent by a couple days. Don’t waste your time here. Also, our apartment stayed like that with the walls open and mold exposed for about a month and a half. I actually had to cover the mold myself until they removed my covering."
