"Not worth the money. Horrible security, I’ve had multiple items stolen with no response from the office. I’ve found bullets in the parking lot from people who don’t live there. Some neighbors park in handicap spots, maintenance takes ages, help is unresponsive, don’t clear ice in winter, tenants swear and scream in the parking lot at 2 AM and the office does nothing, punitive fines regardless of proof, and generally an extortionate business. In the winter, multiple units have pipes burst and you’re responsible for any damages to your things with no help from the complex. More than 3 units in my building alone had this issue. There’s absolutely no attempt to keep non-residents from entering. My building had a fire alarm pulled at midnight without so much as an answer as to what happened. Fire alarms go off for no reason. I could go on for days. DO NOT MOVE HERE."
