"Posted this to Facebook but I feel like this should be echoed here. This apartment complex is like finding a gem in a safe and secure neighborhood! The management team here is super responsive, so you never have to wait long for anything. But what really makes this place special is the community vibe. From impromptu BBQs to fire pit nights in the courtyard, there's always something fun going on. Plus, knowing your neighbors watch out for each other adds an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. It's not just an apartment; it's a welcoming community I am lucky to have stumbled upon."

"My fiancé and I have lived here almost 2 years now and overall we love it here. We had a minor noise complaint awhile back and it was addressed and resolved the next day. We have rarely had to submit work orders, but when we do, they are completed within 1-2 days. The home itself is amazing also, 2x2 is very spacious and the kitchen is very open with lots of storage. There’s only one trash facility/compactor on-site, but we lucked out and are close to it."

"The complex itself is nice but, I’m of the opinion that if you pay a premium price for rent you shouldn’t have to deal with cars getting broken into or homeless people lighting bonfires behind buildings - just a personal belief of mine. I’m also under the impression that gated community usually implies that the gates function more often than not and when they fail to function said gates are repaired in a timely manner. Unfortunately based upon my own personal experiences I would advise those unfamiliar with this area to look beyond this complex. The issues for me personally are less “this place” and more environmental in nature. I’m concerned about the gates for example due to the high levels of vagrancy in this area. I know that certain circumstances are outside of managements control. But, with that being said, this review is meant to paint a picture of my personal experience. There are extremely bright lights here that in my opinion do not serve as an effective deterrent to vandalism. I would feel much safer personally with more cameras or even if we had a security detail that stays here vs someone that passes through a few times a night at best. When my car was broken into for example (very personal experience) there were apparently no logs available and nobody bothered to notify me about the incident - I learned of said incident from another tenant that also had their vehicle broken into. Another experience of mine, was paying my rent on time, only to later receive an eviction notice posted on my door on a holiday weekend. I will say that after notifying them that I paid my rent I did receive an apology Tuesday afternoon which was certainly appreciated. I did not appreciate an eviction notice on my door. I’m mainly posting this after speaking to other residents about their personal experiences and similar concerns. An example of a common vagrant fire (right outside the complex fence) too close for my personal comfort anyway is posted with this review."
