"I have lived here for awhile now and it's grounds and pool are taken care of pretty good. Some of the residents can be noisy at times and leave trash in the parking lot and the grounds and that's just being lazy on their part, office personal try to keep them responsible but all in all it's a nice place and most of the residents are friendly!!!!!!!!"

"Despite its size, the complex maintains a relatively tranquil atmosphere. Sure, weekends tend to be a tad livelier, but that's par for the course when people are unwinding in close proximity. Overall, the noise levels are manageable, and I've had no major disruptions to my peace. The three times that I've had an issue, the maintenance team promptly fixed it. The office staff has consistently been approachable and accommodating. While I'm a bit of a loner, the neighbors I've encountered have been incredibly friendly. It's reassuring to know that a sense of community thrives here, even if I tend to keep to myself. The complex is situated in a less-than-ideal neighborhood, but surprisingly, I've felt safe during my time here and I haven't encountered any concerning incidents. Ah, the infamous roach situation. Yes, it's a shared challenge. Nevertheless, I commend the apartment complex for its proactive approach to addressing this issue by scheduling monthly pest control visits. In addition to these measures, I've taken matters into my own hands by implementing supplementary pest control methods and maintaining a clean living space to reduce attractants. The pest issue in my apartment hasn't been excessively severe. While the complex plays a role in pest control measures, personal housekeeping habits also significantly impact the severity of the issue. By taking responsibility for our living spaces, we can collectively contribute to a more pest-free environment."

"Lived here since 2020. Beautiful apartments, awesome manager, they work with you on rent and payments. We love it here! My kids love it. Local elementary school. They do small little things for the holidays."

"Living here is a good experience and you would like it here. People are nice and it's a very convenient place close to different varieties of stores. The pricing is good overall I believe you would love it here. There's a playground for the kids to play, a swimming pool for the summer time. Please check them out you won't regret it!!!"
