"DO NOT MOVE HERE ‼️‼️ My initial experience with this apartment was nothing short of a nightmare, especially considering it was my first time renting. From the moment I moved in, it was evident that the apartment wasn't ready, and any attempts to have issues resolved took an eternity I mean monthsss! The staff's demeanor was rude, and their lack of organization only compounded the frustration. To make matters worse, they will add random fees to your account without explanation. Despite a base rent of $700, I found myself consistently shelling out $900 per month. It simply didn't add up, and their readiness to resort to eviction threats didn’t add up either to be roach infested. Moreover, the state of the apartment complex was appalling. Outdated amenities and definitely roach infested no matter how bad you try to get rid of them, and despite promises of pest control, I only witnessed their services once during my entire stay. Needless to say, the expensive rent simply wasn't justified by the crazy living conditions. I would strongly advise against wasting any time or money on these apartments. For the price they demand, you can undoubtedly find far superior accommodations elsewhere. It's a regrettable experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone."

"I’d love to give a big shout to the maintenance crew Kenny and Sid! Recently had a water heater go out and they stayed on top of and replaced it as quick as they could! Great attitudes and always happy to help with any issues"

"My friend had to buy out her lease shortly after moving from out of state, she spent all her savings moving in and was overrun by roaches.They gave her a new apartment and it was renovated but infested as well. By the time she had done all this she was depleted of thousands of dollars and the apartments will just move somebody else in and take advantage of them as well. FYI she called the health department,she had the apartment bombed,sprayed,etc. She tried numerous times & had to give up on her "dream" here in Tulsa. Don't risk losing money it's too expensive too live let alone start all over."

"I want to give a big shout-out to the maintenance crew, Seth and Kenny! They complete work orders in a timely manner and are always informative about what the issue was upon their diagnosis and what was fixed. Upon my move-in, I informed Seth about a few things I noticed that needed fixing, and he came to complete the work order in a timely manner. Seth has fixed so many things in my unit that living at Coventry Park makes it feel like home. With the weather getting colder, my heater just happened to go out, and Kenny was on top of it to make sure that my thermostat was replaced and my heater was working as it should. He took the time to take the appropriate steps to make sure he didn't miss anything when it came to my heater no working. Thank you Guys!"
