"I stayed at the Oil Capital building for just about two years and it was an amazing experience from my first day to moving out.. even before I had the lease for the apartment, Nikki was so amazing to work with, she was incredibly professional while also so friendly at the same time. Upon moving in and living in the unit, Nikki was always punctual with any questions or issues I had. Regardless if it was something like asking her about the laundry room, or setting up a storage unit, she was always so quick to respond and I always felt cared for. I never once felt like I was being exploited or treated poorly, which is so rare considering how most landlords can be. Towards the end of my stay, Yatziry took over our building and the transition was absolutely seamless. Much like Nikki, Yatziry was incredibly professional and punctual for any of my issues/concerns. Yatziry made moving out of my apartment so easy to the point where I didn’t feel like it was much of a hassle besides physically moving all of my stuff. One of my favorite things about this building were the community nights at Eerie Abbey Ales, these events were put together by Price Family Properties and it was such a fun way to meet my neighbors and develop a sense of community. I always felt safe in our building and I enjoyed every day that I was there! If you want to experience downtown, oil capital is the best place to live to do that."
