"The Heating/AC for all units is run from one big machine and the office has to swap it over. If you're looking to stay here be prepared to boil or freeze for 2 weeks or so every spring/fall or during any weird weather (it's oklahoma it happens) also very petty/technical with their rules. While at the pool a lady and her daughter (5-6 years old) came to the pool with 2 cousins of similar age to the daughter as their guests. The father of the 2 guests came out and just sat in the corner with the mom so he could see his kids but Heather came out a few minutes later and kicked them all out for breaking the guest rule. There was one other pair of people at the pool besides myself and no one was bothered by anything except Heather's yelling."
"I can't decide of it was horrible communication or shady business. But either way I recieved a notice about my dog off leash (he liked to race from the car to the door) I didn't argue and addressed the issue to the best of my awareness. 2 months pass I have no other issues, no new notices, I go pay rent in person and everything is "thumbs up" until I am suddenly notified they would not renew with me. Went to the office and Heather is very cold and rude, saying she won't deal with me anymore and there were suddenly "countless" complaints including from over the holidays when I was not home. Also refused my deposit without even checking the apartment when I left. Any questions I had were interrupted or ignored."
"Do not go there. I lived there for 14 years. Always paid the rent on time. But the latest manager there evicted me for feeding two stray cats. I had the cat's trapped, fixed and vaccinated. Previous managers said I could feed them. I went to the courthouse with my legal aid rep. She spoke with the managers attorney. She said the manager lied and said I wrote a letter stating I was going to do property damage."
"Went for a tour and I thought the layout was nice, the extra storage was a plus, and I also think it's nice that you can't smoke inside these apartments. A lot of people have asthma. However, there was a live roach inside the oven clock of the unit. Probably an infestation in there for there to be roaches inside of a digital clock. 1 br. $720. Most bills not paid so like another $125(?) Br had tile floor. Lots of steps and dark areas for people to lurk around and be injured at. They also control the ac so good luck and sorry to the person that moves into that roach infested unit."
