"I do not recommend, oldest apartments in Tulsa, nothing ever updated but prices have risen to nearly $900 for a 1 bed/bath. Not worth it! You'll absolutely hate the manager, Lisa. She thinks she can come into your apartment when you're not home as long as maintenance is with her. I did not authorize nor would I without myself being home! Again, I do not recommend!"

"Would like to share our experience at Crossings at Clairemont since new manager Lisa Lee has been here 6 months. She is excellent manager. We had an issue for 2 years and after she started the issue was cleared up immediately. She is very thorough with every issue and very attentive to the residents. We finally have a manager we can count on. Also our maintenance tech Alonzo is very good at getting any issues done very fast and efficiently. Great place to live now that we have a good manager and maintenance team."

"Moving soon and so ready use to be nice apartments but now moving in all kind of sketchy people. Neighbors are fighting every other day all outside. Found needles in the parking lot outside one day playing with my kids. Nothing is ever really repair. This winter my heat stop they brought a heater. Now this summer my ac not working and they have not fixed that yet. Have a stagnant water smell still probably due to me having stagnant water in my dishwasher. I been complaining about for months maintenance was suppose to come clean drains and that has not been taking care of as well. Not sure if work orders are even getting done cause I keep having to go in the office to advised these things has not been done. I would NOT recommend look somewhere else."

"I needed help locating a resident at Clairemont Park; I had a name, but unfortunately, no apartment number. Being aware of privacy laws when I went to the leasing office, I knew they would be unable to give me information on their residents. Kelly offered to go get the resident and bring them to the office for me. It was very hot that day, and quite a long walk for her. I really appreciate Kelly taking the time to help me, she has great customer service skills. Thanks again."
